Transition tariff NVV and RMV
Von Nordhessen nach Südhessen und zurück
In certain regions at the transition between the area covered by the Nordhessischer Verkehrsverbund (NVV) and the area covered by the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV), a transition fare applies which is based on the RMV fare conditions.
The RMV fare and the RMV fare conditions apply for cross-network journeys, regardless of whether you are travelling from the NVV area to the RMV area or from the RMV area to the NVV area.
Transitional NVV-RMV fare tickets are also available in the RMVgo app.
Transition tariff NVV and VSN
From northern Hesse to southern Lower Saxony and back
Journeys between the Nordhessischer Verkehrsverbund (NVV) and the Verkehrsverbund Süd-Niedersachsen (VSN) can be made with one ticket in the transition tariff.
Either the NVV or VSN fare applies. The transition tariff covers the towns and municipalities of Bad Karlshafen, Wahlsburg, Oberweser, Hann. Münden, Staufenberg, Witzenhausen and Neu-Eichenberg.
Transition tariff Gerstungen
A transitional fare also applies on the bus and train to Gerstungen.
The NVV fare between Gerstungen and the municipalities in the south-eastern NVV area.
